Community Fayre’s

In June 2024, our PCN PPG attended the Benfleet Community Fayre to publicise the PCN, what we do, as well as explain the importance of the PPG’s and if anyone would like to join our PCN or member practice’s groups’.

We received great engagement and look forward to hearing from those that came and spoke to us.

Thank you to Tracy for letting us have a stall and a big thank you to our PPG members John and Joanna that attended the fayre on behalf of the PCN.

πŸŽ‰ Benfleet Community Fayre 2025 – A Successful Day for the PPG

On Sunday 1st June, our Patient Participation Group (PPG) proudly attended the Benfleet Community Fayre for the second year running. 🌞

The event was a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with local residents, share information about what the PPG and Primary Care Network (PCN) do, and hear valuable feedback πŸ’¬ about people’s experiences with their GP surgeries.

We’re excited to share that 46 residents signed up to either join their surgery’s PPG or to receive our regular newsletters via email. πŸ’Œ It was great to see such enthusiasm from the community and to connect with so many individuals who are keen to get involved and stay informed. πŸ™Œ

A big thank you to everyone who took the time to visit our stallβ€”we really appreciate your support! πŸ’™

🌟 Hadleigh Community Fayre – Sunday 31st August 2025 🌟

On Sunday 31st August, our PCN Patient Participation Group (PPG) attended the Hadleigh Community Fayre for the second year running πŸŽͺ.

We were thrilled to be joined by the Community First Responders πŸš‘, who gave live demonstrations on CPR πŸ«€ and showcased the use of a Raizer chair πŸͺ‘, which helps safely lift patients after a fall.

The day was a fantastic success – with 45 new sign-ups βœοΈπŸ“§ to our mailing list πŸŽ‰.

πŸ’› A huge thank you to John, Joanna, Freddy, and Tom for giving up their time to support on the day, and an even bigger thank you to everyone who came to chat with us πŸ‘‹πŸ˜Š.

We loved seeing you all and hope to see you again next year! 🌞✨
