If you are aged 75 or over, reside in a care home for older adults or have a weakened immune system from aged 6 months upwards you will receive a text to invite you to have your Spring Covid-19 booster.
You can book your vaccine via: nhs.uk/bookcovid or through the NHS App. You can also call 119 free of charge to book. To find a local walk-in site to get your vaccination please visit: Find a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination site – NHS.
If you are housebound or live in a care home, you will receive a call from Hertfordshire Community Trust who are delivering the vaccinations on behalf of Benfleet PCN anytime throughout the entirety of the campaign. The team will visit you to provide the vaccination and add to your GP record as normal. Any issues please contact us.
