Digital skills sessions at Hadleigh Library

Mid and South Essex ICS are going to be offering a series of free, friendly digital support sessions at  Hadleigh Library to help local residents build confidence using digital tools and access NHS services online – starting 20 January and every Tuesday throughout February.

The sessions are designed to:

  • Support people to download, set up and use the NHS App
  • Help residents order repeat prescriptions online
  • Build general digital confidence, including setting up email accounts and staying safe online

Sessions are delivered in partnership with:

  • Hadleigh Library
  • Saffron Building Society volunteers
  • NHS Mid and South Essex

Support is provided in a safe, supportive environment, with trained staff and volunteers who guide people through steps without taking over their device.

Who the sessions are for

These sessions are ideal for people who:

  • Are not confident using smartphones, tablets or computers
  • Want help setting up or using the NHS App
  • Want to order repeat prescriptions online but don’t know how
