Mid and South Essex ICS are going to be offering a series of free, friendly digital support sessions at Hadleigh Library to help local residents build confidence using digital tools and access NHS services online – starting 20 January and every Tuesday throughout February.
The sessions are designed to:
- Support people to download, set up and use the NHS App
- Help residents order repeat prescriptions online
- Build general digital confidence, including setting up email accounts and staying safe online
Sessions are delivered in partnership with:
- Hadleigh Library
- Saffron Building Society volunteers
- NHS Mid and South Essex
Support is provided in a safe, supportive environment, with trained staff and volunteers who guide people through steps without taking over their device.
